Automatic Dairy Washdown System
Quicksilver Consultancy has designed, installed and commissioned a Automatic Dairy Washdown system recently for a Fullwood rapid exit herringbone parlour.
Just press a button each time the cows are let out and the cow standings are washed clean. Powerful, carefully positioned jets fed by an energy efficient variable speed pump wash down the cow slurry, leaving the parlor clean and hygienic.
Specially designed nozzles are used so the cows do not damage them and they don’t harm the cows
Water is only used as and when it is needed.
The powerful pump automatically starts only when required and runs up to sufficient speed to produce whatever pressure is required to do the job.
Pump performance is boosted by using a carefully selected accumulator giving instantaneous pressure on demand without heavy electrical loads on your system.
This all adds up to the lowest possible labour, water & energy usage to get the job done.
